Lisa Spencer Coaching

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website lisaspencercoaching.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of any digital products, coaching services, and memberships offered by Lisa Spencer Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.

1. About Us

Lisa Spencer Coaching is a coaching business operated by Lisa Spencer, based in the United Kingdom, helping women overcome burnout and lead a meaningful life. You can contact us at: lisa@lisaspencercoaching.

2. Definitions

“Digital Products” means downloadable or online-access products such as workbooks, courses, mini courses, challenges, and other digital materials (for example, the 5 Day Confidence Challenge and the Coping with Burnout mini course).

“Coaching Services” means one-to-one coaching, including The Reignite Method™ programme, and any other coaching sessions or packages we provide.

“Membership” means access to our membership site, Reignite & Redesign, including any free (Starter) or paid (Back & Better Club) tier.

“Content” means all materials we provide, including text, video, audio, workbooks, templates, and resources.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us or to enter into a coaching agreement. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Digital Products

4.1 Access and delivery

On successful payment, you will receive access to your Digital Product, either by download or by login to the relevant platform. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to keep your login details secure.

4.2 Licence to use

When you buy a Digital Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own individual use. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, reproduce, or publish any part of our Content without our prior written permission. All intellectual property in the Content remains ours.

4.3 Your right to cancel and waiver

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14 day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, by purchasing and accessing a Digital Product, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access or download begins. When you provide this consent at checkout, no refund will be due once you have accessed or downloaded the product, except where the product is faulty or not as described.

5. Refunds

Because our Digital Products are made available for immediate access, all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable once access or download has begun, subject to your legal rights set out below.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If a Digital Product is faulty, not as described, or does not function as it should, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe a product is faulty, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Refund terms for Coaching Services and Memberships are set out in sections 6 and 7.

6. Coaching Services

6.1 Nature of coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process intended to support your personal growth and wellbeing. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results, as these depend on your own circumstances, effort, and engagement.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical or psychological support, please seek help from a qualified professional or your GP.

6.2 Booking, payment, and instalments

Coaching packages must be booked and paid for as agreed at the point of purchase. Where instalment payments are agreed, you remain responsible for the full programme fee, and all instalments remain payable even if you choose not to attend sessions.

6.3 Rescheduling and cancellation of sessions

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled or missed with less than the required notice may be treated as used and will not be refunded or rearranged.

Coaching packages are non-refundable once the programme has commenced, except where required by law.

6.4 Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. You agree to engage honestly and to take responsibility for your own wellbeing throughout the coaching relationship.

7. Membership (Reignite & Redesign)

The Starter tier is provided free of charge. We may change or withdraw free features at any time.

The Back and Better Club is a paid membership billed on a recurring basis as stated at checkout.

Paid membership renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date; cancellation stops future payments but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.

On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, after which access ends.

We may change membership pricing or content on reasonable notice to you.

8. Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise and are payable in full at the time of purchase, except where an instalment plan has been agreed. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, and by purchasing you also agree to their terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content, branding, course materials, workbooks, and methods (including The Reignite Method™) are owned by or licensed to Lisa Spencer Coaching and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website or Content, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, sharing login or membership details, or using our materials for any unlawful or commercial purpose. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our Content and Services are provided for general guidance and personal development purposes. While we take care to provide accurate and helpful material, we make no warranties that any particular result will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, income, or opportunity arising from your use of our Website, Content, or Services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Website at the time of your purchase. We recommend you review these Terms regularly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
