What if I’ve tried other methods to boost my confidence but nothing worked?
Because this is not a generic confidence course. It was created specifically for women who have experienced burnout — by someone who has lived it. The exercises are rooted in real recovery, not theory, and they start exactly where you are right now.
How much time do I need to commit each day?
Just 15 to 20 minutes a day. The exercises are intentionally designed to fit into the life of a busy, exhausted woman — small, powerful, and completely doable.
What happens if I miss a day?
Don’t worry! Life happens, especially when you are burnt out. Each day builds beautifully on the last, but if you need to pause and catch up that is absolutely fine. This is your journey, at your pace.
